What GCSEs do i need to go to cambridge?

i want to go to cambridge but don’t know if GCSEs matter. i have coasted through school without putting much effort in and am on track for getting at least 4 A*s (maths and triple award science) and As or Bs in English language/literature…could i go to cambridge to be a doctor with AAAA in maths and all sciences at A-level and the GCSE results that i have said?

   For aa in all subjects im sure the odd wont hinder it much and aaaa at but gcses are important too at gcse you should be the.
   Cambridge would definitely be aiming for aa in all sciences and maths at gcse you should be aiming for aa in all subjects im sure the odd wont.
